If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing a live webinar, you may be eligible for a refund or credit if:

Technical issues on your end, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, incompatible devices, or user error, do not qualify for refunds.

Subscription and Membership Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not accessed more than two webinars or downloadable resources. After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be canceled to prevent future charges.

Package Deals and Bundles

Multi-webinar packages or bundle deals are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase if no webinars within the package have been accessed. Partial refunds for individual webinars within a package are not available.

On-Demand Content and Recordings

Purchases of on-demand webinar recordings and digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted and the content has been viewed or downloaded. If you have not accessed the content, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

Event Cancellations by Luminexarvio

If we reschedule a webinar or make significant changes to the event content or speakers, you may request a refund up to 3 days before the new event date. Minor changes to webinar content, format, or secondary speakers do not qualify for refunds.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3 to 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

Processing Fees

Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable. Approved refunds will reflect a deduction for these processing costs where applicable.

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of subscriptions, prepaid services, or registered events.

Currency and Exchange Rates

All refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase. We are not responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund processing.
